Walnut Grove is a tiny town in Lewis County, Washington, in the United States. It is located along the Cowlitz River in the southern section of the county. According to the United States Census Bureau, the Walnut Grove CDP (census-designated place) has a total area of 2.5 square miles and a population of 1,534 as of the 2010 census.
